The first LEED Gold certified residential building in the state of Massachusetts, 75 Station Landing is part of an overall transit-oriented development within the Boston metropolitan area. The 168 unit, mixed-use luxury high-rise rental building with a ground floor restaurant was conceived of as a green, sustainable, urban counterpart to the adjacent existing residential buildings.
